There are two questions that I get asked a lot:

"I want to lose weight. Where do I start?"


"I ​don't have the willpower or motivation to eat healthily and exercise every day. What do I do?"

Now, I know what you're thinking.

In fact, it's probably this very thought that's brought you to my site, and that thought is this: "I need to go on a diet to get skinny, healthy and finally...be happy."

Please don't do that.

...at least not until you've set a solid foundation for healthy eating that's working from the inside-out. And the good news is, you don't even need to go on a diet to achieve your goals.

Here's my answer to the two questions above: Start setting this foundation by building your awareness, creating space for change by tweaking your mindset, and then get cracking on your new body (and life) in the kitchen, in this particular order.
